Run on a Tuesday evening from 6:10pm onwards, and with 3 divisions, our Basketball Competitions cater for teams of all abilities and skill levels. So why not get together with some mates, register a team and make new friends along the way.

INDOOR FUTSAL COMPETITION

Welcome to The RISE Futsal Competition.

Run at The RISE every Monday evening, Futsal is a fun, fast-paced, five-a-side form of indoor Soccer. With unlimited subs, a smaller ball and line markings to stay inside of, Futsal helps emphasize improvisation, creativity and technique.

As our newest Sports Competition, Social Indoor Cricket is a shortened, fast-paced version of the games that accommodates for male, female & mixed teams of all skill levels and abilities. PICKLEBALL COMPETITION

Welcome to The RISE Pickleballl Competition

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines the elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. Played as singles or doubles and suitable for all ages and skill levels, Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the world.

COURT HIRE

The Alma Venville Sports Arena Courts are also available for casual hire and catering for sports including: Basketball, Netball, Indoor Futsal, Volleyball, Pickleball, Badminton, Table Tennis and more.

The Sports Courts can also be booked for birthday parties, team building events, large sporting competitions and events, markets, corporate sports and more.

As a Community multi-sports facility, we accommodate a number of court sports that all have different line marking requirements. We generally follow the Department of Local Government Sports and Cultural Industries concerning the design of, or marking out for, sporting facilities and playing areas, however, the sheer number of sports played at the facility requires some line markings to be slightly modified.
