Our main group fitness room not only offers a wide variety of classes that cater for all health and fitness needs but delivers an active and vibrant atmosphere unmatched by other centres. With nearly 60 options to choose from accomplishing those goals you have set for yourself won’t take long! Our Circuit Room at Bayswater Waves features state-of-the-art machines and equipment that focus on providing a full body workout. Suitable for people of all fitness types and abilities, the Circuit Room is designed to develop muscular strength, endurance and aerobic fitness.

Our Spin Studio hosts a range of classes each week. With 18 spin bikes and motivating music, routines are led by an energetic instructor and designed to simulate actual bike riding elements including hill climbs, sprints and interval training.

Want guaranteed results without the high impact! Our dedicated spin studio offers a range of spin classes and comes complete with state of the art spin bikes and passionate professional instructors to help you work up a sweat and burn tons of calories in the process. Never been to a gym before or lacking motivation and require a new program to push yourself in the right direction? Look no further as one of our experienced gym instructors will tailor a specialised program based on your goals.

All Appraisals Include

  • Completion of a pre-exercise health questionnaire*
  • Resting heart rate & blood pressure
  • Cardio fitness test, girth measurements (optional)

Program

Following the appraisal, your friendly gym instructor will guide you through your first workout to ensure you feel confident and comfortable with it.  All our instructors are fully qualified to help you if you have any issues whilst in the Health Club and we are staffed at all times.

We more than understand it can be hard to commit week in week out that’s why all members receive 4 FREE appraisals and programs as part of their 12 month membership.
