Our 2-storey gym is covered with a large variety of the latest cardio and strength equipment, to help you get the most out of each workout. With staff on the gym floor from open to close, we are here to answer any questions you may have, as well as help you with additional training tips and tricks.

Our state-of-the-art Circuit Room at Bayswater Waves offers an array of different cardio, strength, balance and stretching equipment, guaranteeing you a great full body workout.

Our dedicated Spin Studio will test all fitness levels as our energetic instuctors takes you through a variety of routines designed to simulate actual bike riding elements including; hill climbs, sprints, interval training and more.

With 18 state-of-the-art spin bikes, these classes are great for people who want a solid workout without the high impact.

The Gym staff at Bayswater Waves are here to help get you started, push your limits or help you achieve your health and fitness desires.

Our friendly, experienced gym instructors will take you through a thorough appraisal, listen to what you are hoping to achieve and tailor a specialised program based on your personal goals.

Following the appraisal, your gym instructor will guide you step-by-step through your first workout to ensure you feel confident and comfortable with it. 

There are really no silly questions when you’re with us in the gym at Bayswater Waves. With staff on the gym floor who are their to help you, simply go and have a chat with them if you have questions about your program or are looking for other tips or tricks to add to your workout.

To keep you progressing with your goals, your 12 month membership allows you to have up to 4 free appraisals and personalised programs each year.

The Inbody Body Scanner at Bayswater Waves goes beyond traditional body composition analysis, measuring fat, muscle and total body water.
