Hydrotherapy Pools have been used for many years to treat various health conditions. By using warm water to undertake different movements and exercises, there are many benefits, including:
- Rehabilitation of injured muscles – Stimulates better blood flow around the circulatory system and assists in alleviating pain. It also and encourages healing of injured or damaged tissues.
