There aren’t a lot of centres around Perth that offer a Hydrotherapy Pool to the public. We do at Bayswater Waves!

Hydrotherapy Pools have been used for many years to treat various health conditions. By using warm water to undertake different movements and exercises, there are many benefits, including:

  • Rehabilitation of injured muscles – Stimulates better blood flow around the circulatory system and assists in alleviating pain. It also and encourages healing of injured or damaged tissues.

Bayswater Waves is proud to be a part of the nationwide Watch Around Water Initiative. Watch Around Water is an education and awareness campaign run at public swimming pools that aims to reduce drowning and aquatic injuries amongst children through improved parental supervision.

Since the program was introduced, there has been no drowning deaths involving young children at public swimming pools in WA and the rate of aquatic injuries has decreased significantly, meaning Watch Around Water public swimming pools are safer for the community to use.
