Engagement Survey Outcomes for Bayswater Waves and The RISE are now available.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Bayswater Waves and The RISE Satisfaction Survey! Your feedback has been essential in helping City of Bayswater Recreation understand what you value most and where there’s room for improvement at both facilities. We’re excited to announce that the survey results are now available.
Key Themes from the Survey: Several important themes emerged from the feedback provided by both members and casual users:
- Overall Satisfaction: The majority of respondents expressed satisfaction with both Bayswater Waves and The RISE, particularly noting positive experiences with staff and customer service.
- Group Fitness and Gym Facilities: While satisfaction with Group Fitness classes and the overall gym experience was generally high, some users highlighted areas for improvement, such as class scheduling and gym equipment availability.
- Facility Maintenance and Cleanliness: Feedback indicated that users are seeking improvements in the maintenance and cleanliness of certain areas, especially at Bayswater Waves, where facilities like the hydrotherapy area were highlighted.
What’s Next? The City is taking this valuable feedback on board and will be considering various ways to enhance the user experience at both Bayswater Waves and The RISE. While we’re still exploring the best approaches to address the identified areas for improvement, rest assured that your input will guide future decisions around facility upgrades, program development, and service improvements.
