Function Suite

Are you on the search for a function space to suit your next social, fundraising or corporate event?

The Function Suite at The RISE can cater for up to 450 people, making it perfect for an awards ceremony, training day or even a sundowner event.

However, if you’re holding a more intimate gathering, the space can also be split into two separate sections.

Key features of the Function Suite include a professional, commercial grade kitchen and a state-of-the-art audio-visual system.

Booking your function in this space gives you access to standard equipment, which is provided FREE of charge. This equipment includes:

  • Data projector and whiteboard
  • Trestle tables, round tables or cocktail tables
  • An in-built audio system, lectern with attached microphone, cordless microphone and lapel microphone
  • Dimmable lighting

Additional equipment, including a stage and dance floor, are available to purchase for use during your event.

Community Hall

Meetings, events and gatherings can also be held in our Community Hall – a space that comfortably and professionally holds events for anywhere from 20-250 people.

This versatile space can be partitioned to create two separate sections, allowing you to make the most of the Community Hall for training days or meetings without compromising on the quality of the space.

The Community Hall also has access to a professional commercial grade kitchen, so you can whip up everything from tea & coffee to three course culinary delights.

Booking your function in this space gives you access to an array of equipment, which you can use FREE of charge. This equipment includes:

  • Data projector and whiteboard
  • Trestle tables and cocktail tables
  • An in-built audio system, lapel microphone and roving microphone
  • Dimmable lighting

For an additional fee, room set-up, kitchen cleaning and room cleaning can be taken care of for you, so all you need to focus on is running your event.

Small Meeting Room

Whether you’re looking to get your small team out of the office for a meeting or you run a small business and you’re looking to sign a new client, our Small Meeting Room has everything you need to get the job done.

Catering for up to 12 people, the Small Meeting Room features:

  • Boardroom table
  • Whiteboard
  • Plug and play TV & sound bar
  • Climate control

Balcony

If you’re in need of a picturesque function area for an alfresco-style sundowner, breakfast or luncheon, the Balcony may be the perfect space for your venue hire in Perth.

The space comfortably accommodates 200 guests under cover, so there’s no need worry about the elements as you create a magic atmosphere looking over the grounds of The RISE.

Amphitheatre

Moving to the scenic outdoor area at The RISE is where you’ll find the Amphitheatre.

This large open space has seating for large groups, making it an ideal choice for an outdoor entertainment event or ceremony.

Lobbies

The RISE has two lobby areas that are ideal for functions, exhibitions, and displays.

Ground Floor Lobby: Looking to launch a new product or display an art exhibition? The Ground Floor Lobby space has been designed with a sleek, modern look that will leave your product or art to do the talking.

First Floor Lobby: This space is perfect for pre or post-event networking, allowing you to really utilise all that The Rise has to offer when you book your function.

Commercial Kitchens

At the heart of any memorable event is the food.

If you’re looking to serve food at your next event in the Function Suite or Community Hall at The RISE, your preferred caterers can use one of our two professional commercial grade kitchens.

In each of the commercial grade kitchens, you or your caterer will have access to equipment such as:

  • Deep fryer
  • Fridge & freezer
  • Microwave
  • Commercial gas oven, cooktop and hotplate
  • Stainless steel sinks and boiling water
  • Commercial dishwasher

The commercial kitchen in the Function Suite also includes a drinks & service area, 5 tray bain marie and other equipment.
