Register for our New Online Portal!

We’re excited to announce the launch of new online portal features at Bayswater Waves, The RISE, and Morley Sport & Recreation Centre! These portals offer enhanced convenience and streamlined access to a variety of services across our centres. To make the most of these improvements, we encourage all members and patrons to register their email addresses in advance. By doing so, you’ll be ready to access these features as soon as they’re available.

What’s Coming to the Online Portal?

Our portal upgrades will allow you to enjoy more flexible and accessible options for managing your recreational activities. Here’s a look at the service areas covered and what you’ll soon be able to do via the portal:

    • Group Fitness Class Check-In at all 3 locations
    • Swim School Program at Bayswater Waves, including Holiday Program Enrolments, Student Progress Tracking, Digital Certificates, and streamlined options to choose new classes as students progress.
    • Visit Passes for our Crèche, Aquatics & Hydrotherapy, Junior Development Squad, Group Fitness, Health Club and Pickleball (available at The RISE and Morley Sport & Recreation Centre).
    • The RISE School Holiday Program enrolment, set to go live on 2 December when registration opens.
    • Morley Sport & Recreation Centre’s Junior Gymnastics Program enrolments

With these updates, managing your visits, memberships, and enrolments will become easier than ever. Registering your email in advance will ensure you’re among the first to benefit from these features.

Registering your email allows you to set up your online portal account, stay informed about portal updates, and start using our new online functionalities as soon as they launch. By taking this step, you’ll ensure a seamless transition to the new online experience, whether you’re checking into a class, tracking Learn to Swim progress, or enrolling in programs.

How to Register

  1. Go to https://phoenix.bayswater.wa.gov.au/.
  2. Click the “Log In” icon at the top of the page.
  3. Select “Create Account” and follow the prompts to register your email
  4. The email you register to the portal with must be the same email attached to your existing membership or enrolment. If you’re unsure about this, just contact one of our centres and our staff will be more than happy to assist – Click Here for centre contact details.
