Our Fit Kids programs at The RISE are the ideal classes for your child’s growth.
Run in 10 week blocks throughout school terms, each program is designed around increasing social interaction, fitness, skills and teamwork.
Catering for all skill levels and taught by friendly, professional staff, your child will learn new and exciting ways to move and improve their motor skills through fun drills, games and team based activities.
Pre School Programs
Sports Fun (1-5yrs)
This class is designed for kindy age children with a focus on improving gross motor skills and physical development. Children are introduced to a range of different sports and activities with a strong emphasis on social interaction. (Light morning tea included)
Primary School Classes
Soccer (5-12 yrs) – (during school terms)
Our qualified instructors offer children the opportunity to be soccer ready. Your child will learn ball skills, technique, footwork, and field awareness in our junior soccer clinic.
Our interactive basketball clinic will help your child hit the court running. Learning all the fundamental skills of the game including dribbling, shooting and passing, this clinic is ideal for all skill levels.

The RISE programs are exactly what you’ve been looking for! Suitable for children aged between 5-12yrs, these programs are conducted indoors with a strong focus on team work, social skills, coordination, health, confidence and more.
Programs are released 1 month prior to each school holiday period.
